1. About these terms
These terms apply when you use our website or hire Brandnautix ("we", "us") for creative or digital services. By using the site or confirming a project with us, you agree to them. If we agree different terms in a written quote or contract, those take priority for that project.
2. Our services
We offer brand identity and graphic design, packaging and label design, web design and development, Shopify and e-commerce, video editing and motion design, and social media and SEO services. The exact scope, deliverables and timeline for each project are set out in your quote or project agreement. Anything outside that scope may need a separate quote.
Packaging design orders include a free digital presentation mockup, as described on our packaging page.
3. Quotes and payment
We provide a quote after you tell us about your project. Prices are agreed with you before work begins and are not published on this website. Most projects start with a 50% deposit, with the balance due on completion and before final files are released. We accept bank transfer and PayPal, invoice in US dollars unless agreed otherwise, and invoices are due within 7 days.
Quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise. Taxes or platform and payment fees, where they apply, are your responsibility unless the quote says otherwise.
4. Revisions and approval
Revisions are part of how we work. The number of revision rounds is agreed in your quote, usually two rounds per deliverable. Extra rounds or changes to the agreed brief may be charged. Once you approve a deliverable, further changes are treated as new work.
5. What we need from you
To deliver on time, we rely on you to give us accurate information, materials and feedback promptly. You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, everything you give us, including logos, images, footage, music, fonts and text, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights. If delays on your side affect the schedule, deadlines may move accordingly.
6. Ownership and rights
Once we have received full payment, you own the final approved deliverables created specifically for you. Until then, we keep ownership and you may not use them. Unused concepts, drafts and working files remain ours unless we agree otherwise in writing. Source files, such as layered design or project files, are available on request and may be quoted separately.
We may use stock assets, fonts, templates, plugins or other third-party materials in your project, and these stay subject to their own licences. Where a licence has to be bought, we will tell you.
7. Portfolio use
Unless you ask us in writing not to, we may show completed work in our portfolio, website and social media to showcase our services. We will not share confidential information or anything you have asked us to keep private.
8. Confidentiality
We treat non-public information you share with us as confidential, use it only to deliver your project, and share it only with people who need it to help us. This does not apply to information that is already public or that we are required by law to disclose. For details on personal data, see our Privacy Policy.
9. Third-party platforms and results
Some services rely on platforms we do not control, such as Shopify, Wix, WordPress, social networks, search engines and advertising platforms. Their rules, fees and features can change, and we are not responsible for those changes. For SEO and social media work, we use professional best practice, but we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic, followers or sales.
10. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel a project at any time by telling us in writing. You will pay for work completed up to that point. Deposits are non-refundable once work has started. If we cannot deliver what was agreed, we will work with you to put it right or refund the affected part.
If you booked through a marketplace such as Fiverr, that platform's own terms and dispute process also apply to that order.
11. Liability
We take care over our work, but to the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profit or lost business. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, and your statutory consumer rights, where you have them, are not affected.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country where Brandnautix is registered. Disputes will first be discussed in good faith, and if needed, handled by the courts of that country.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the latest version. Changes do not affect a project already confirmed unless we agree them with you.
