• Communications: messages we exchange by email, WhatsApp or other channels.
• Technical data: basic information such as browser type, device and pages visited, collected through cookies or analytics tools if we use them (see section 6).

We do not ask for sensitive personal information, and we do not collect payment card details on this website. Payments are handled by trusted third-party payment providers, such as bank transfer, PayPal or the marketplace you hired us through, and we never see or store your full card details.

Where required, we use appropriate safeguards, such as contractual protections, when information leaves your region.
